turbine fletch 6x2"(anti cross wind :P)

The crazy things you do when your bored eh?
I call it the turbine fletch. Idea was getting the shortest length and height feathers I could and see how many I could cram onto 1 shaft(custom 2 inch banana). Idea being getting enough guidance but having a tiny silhouette when looking from the side to combat crosswinds. Since it spins it doesn't matter how many feathers you have on the shaft it doesn't affect the silhouette.

Flies great with fields  and spins a ton  will try a broadhead soon.

Thanks,  it was more or less a crazy idea but Im gonna do some testing as it may actually be very practical.

Seen it before, looks neat but IMHO it's a waste of time and resources. Not to  :deadhorse: but if the set up is well tuned you'd need almost no fletching but I suppose it depends on what the arrows are used for.
Not to disparage you, keep on keeping on.

I agree more or less ,  but i sure wouldn't want to shoot a 2 blade bare shaft.    again just tinkering around for fun but it might actually prove usefull on a windy day.

Thanks for posting.  Very interested in following this.  Let us know how the broadheads work!
