Victory Carbon Trad Arrows

I am looking to up my arrow weight and the Victory Carbon Trad arrows caught my eye. These would add about 100 grains from my current arrow.  I am not sure about the skinny shaft and outserts.

Does anyone on here shoot them? Should I move to a stiffer arrow if I want to keep my same broadhead weight and use the 80 grain outserts? Are the outserts strong?

Any help would be great.

I have shot them and sell them great arrows super tuff and they are not skinnyvto the point you need to go to a stiffer spine. But the insert is about 80 grains. So you will need to play with that a little to get the spine right.
This Arrows is almost a carbon copy of the newer Goldtip Classic .
It’s a very nice Arrow new to the scene but will become popular over time and sure is price nice.

Since those are .204 inner diameter arrows you could use Easton HIT inserts and use the brass 50-75 grain version and totally skip using the outserts. Might take some experimenting but you could probably find out which BAR rings to use to help protect the front of the arrow.

I’ve been replacing half outs with an HIT and a collar over the front of the shaft to reinforce the from the shaft. Haven’t compared them head to head but so far so good. Or buy some of the gold tip Kinetic Ballistic collars with the appropriate diameter and that’ll work as well.

Yep, those work as well.  I just can't believe that Victory finished these shafts at 31 1/4" instead of 32". I've got a 31" draw,  and these aren't going to leave me much wiggle room for trimming/tuning.

My local bow shop has them for sale so I can buy single arrows so it isn't as big of an investment. I plan on buying one 350 spine and one 450 spine and play with them from there.

If a .204" ID you can also use the GoldTip "outserts" for their Kinetic series.

I found these much nicer than the Easton HIT and can be glued with the Ferr-L-Tite low temp blue stick for easy remva/change.

I have some 350 spine,I set them up with the outset and a 175 grain tip, cut at 291/2'" shooting a  69# northern mist longbow, shelf is off center. Track nice

I bought a single arrow and loved it. So I bought a dz of 2 sizes.  I LOVE them and they shoot great out of even Hill style bows. The spine is far more Trad oriented than others when you throw them on the tester.  They are consistent spine around each arrow, matched weight, and the insert is excellent and has a little wrap over the end of the shaft. The 80 Gr insert is about 2” long and it almost internally foots the shaft too. I have had issues with other brands and kept going back to wood and aluminum, but I really like these Victory Trad arrows.
