10-11 gpp for whitetail---hunting with 36-40# longbows.  Two blade broadheads--either grizzly single bevel or magnus stingers.  I wouldn't hesitate to go 9gpp, but I just never come up with that combination when tuning.  I'm not a fan of high foc or ultra heavy arrows for what I am doing.

I shoot 550-600 grain out of 47#. Works great.

The 9 1/2 -10 gr per pound is perfect for performance.
I draw 30" and find 9.5-10 gr can be just a little light but only because the bow might be a little loud and snappy.
11 gr per pound is a good standard for a 30" draw.
I am using arrows from 600-660 grains from a 59lb@30" bow.
