Can you ID these old inserts and when were 9/32 sizes used

 I have a lot of points and inserts from years gone by but I don't know what these inserts were called and when/why were they used?
Also, when were 9/32 points and inserts used. I can see making little kids wood arrows but I haven't seen 9/32 dowels

340 and 400 Easton Axis shafts are 9/32 outside diameter, and there are a number of screw in points that fit that shaft.  Haven't seen the type of glue in/glue on adaptor you have pictured.  Looks like one of them has a head shrinker on it.  That's a product Bill Sweetland used to offer so folks could mount standard size broadheads (11/32) on his compressed cedar shafts, some of which were 9/32. The adaptors might work in the Easton or other smaller diameter carbon shafts.

9/32 gives a good fit on the 18**(13, 16, 18, 20) series aluminums.
The smallest OD with broadhead adapters and screw in points readily available.

Which is kinda what those inserts look like, homemade glue-in BHAs??
Never seen those particular ones before.

They may have been made for fiberglass shafts.I don't understand the concave part.Seems like a possible weak point.I don't remember seeing them before.
