I found out yesterday that Bob Corbitt has passed away. Bob was once very active on tradgang. He loved hunting, bourbon, and tall tales. Here are some pictures Bob from a St Jude kayak trip he took with me several years ago. RIP Bob...

Bob was a very kind and generous person. He came and hunted with me a couple of times at Hog Heaven, and I truly enjoyed his company. Once he did, like so many of the fellows who came down, there was an immediate connection and we spoke often on the phone. If you had the luck to meet him, you know. if you weren't that fortunate then you missed a grand fellow's acquaintance.

Oh no. This is really bad news. Bob was a great person to share hunting camp with. He will be missed.

I am grateful that we got to meet and do a few hunts between all those PMs and emails over the years. I always loved the way he'd stir things up with auctions or around a fire, a great loss in deed.
Rest in peace Bob, rest in peace.

Sorry to hear about Bob's passing. I had several transactions with him over the years on the St. Jude auction and the classifieds. Good guy who will be missed. God Bless. RIP.
