Pennsylvania Broadhead Regulations

I was reading the 2018/2019 PA Hunters & Trapping Digest and it appears the regulation prohibiting "barbed" broadheads (e.g., Zwickey Cliffs) is no longer there.  I didn't see any legislation on this.  Anyone know if the regulations changed?
