DIY blackie hunt on kenai peninsula
« on: March 25, 2008, 11:43:00 PM »
i just got my transporter license for kachemak bay state park and i would really like to take trad  hunters.
there are lots of places that would really lend themselves to spot and stalk and stillhunting.
no baiting is allowed, but there are great tidal and grassland areas with good camping.
tell me how close you got, not how far you shot

Homerdave, sounds like you are providing a dropoff on the beach? What about getting moved to another spot? How is the hunting pressure in the park?

Guys -  Dave and his No. 1 Deckhand are a couple of the most knowledgeable people in the business in their area. I recommend them highly. If he says it good hunting, you can bet it's "good hunting"!!
