The brim is just 2 inches wide. It has been washed many, many times and hasn’t frayed yet. I just re-darker the black with a marker when needed. Tried to post pic from phone.. no go.Do you have a Boonie design in mind? Could you post a pic?

Unstructured hat, boonie, hooded sweatshirt
Terry, Achigan- This is as close to a G.I. Boonie as I could find, and I love it. It may not have enough fabric on the front to hold an emblem/logo. It may also be better to go with OD for solid background instead of camo, so the Logo shows up. Just me 2 cents. Thanks for all your hard work.

Thanks for all your hard work. That’s a durable looking hat Howitzer. I’ve been wondering if the TG logo could be embroidered on the top since the vertical surface is pretty shallow. The brim on this one looks a little wider than the 2” brim on my Propper.
