Sounds good but whenever I bring back the elbow the alignment is lost...rotate the the string hand a little might work?? The whole thing me is not to torque the string when I anchor. I have finally seen exactly what rotational drawing is about
The bow rotates in your alignment...

The string must not twist ( torque) in your hand whatever you do ??
Light bow definitely helps!

The force in the bow will align YOU, YOU do not align the bow!  Your bow hand must allow bow movement to stay aligned with the string and the string will align your string hand IF your string forearm, wrist and hand are RELAXED.  Let the bow do it, DON'T YOU do it.

Move 2 bones, the upper string arm (humerus) and the string side shoulder (scapula).  That upper arm is attached to the shoulder so it acts like the radius of a circle so the label of "rotational."  Shooters often try to make things happen when ideally they should ALLOW things to happen.  Let the bow do the work! Just move your bones.

And YES!!!!! a light weight bow will teach this much faster than a hunting weight bow!  Like 20# or so light.

Are you willing to give up what you are; to become what you could be?
