Persimmon molle

Here’s a persimmon molle I recently completed. It’s an asymmetrical, bendy handled, molle made of heat treated persimmon that pulls 45# at 27”. It’s being pulled about 25.5” in the picture. The working portion is 1.5” wide with the levers being about 2/5 the length of the limbs from center of the handle to the nocks. The center 4” is slightly narrower for the handle. Te lower half is 1” shorter than the top half. I left the natural wiggles and humps there, only doing enough lateral bending to get the string lining up with the handle. This bow shoots very softly in release with very little vibration or thump on release. I added string fluffs after shooting but before giving it to the new owner. So I don’t know if they finished deadening it. It’s nit crazy fast but will get the job done well. It shoots comfortably in the mid 150s with a 10gpp arrow.

Thanks for looking,
Kyle
