Im sure it depends on the stave, if you look on the site that must not be named that has a jillionbillion auctions you might find a reasonable range.

What the worth of the stave is, I don't know.
Probably depend on the quality of the yew, itself.

i have no idea thats why i asked . I am use to giving them away. I would like to trade some wood . for a laminated long bow .

Do you have a lot of yew in your area? I grew up in Kimberley, B.C. Don't remember hearing much about yew trees as a kid.

there`s lots but it is potected so you have to get it on private land or proposed cut blocks .
