TradGang Swap Bow Doe
« on: November 05, 2018, 08:50:28 AM »
Back in 2012, Jess Stuart from Sierra Blanca Bows, made me this beautiful bow.  I killed a deer several years with it and hunt with it regularly.  I pulled it out this year since I have not taken the time to really get comfortable with one of my selfbows and I shoot this one really well.  Saturday morning this doe gave me a second chance after a hurried whiff over her back at 20 yards.  She came back around thanks to the beauty of a quiet recurve.  The second shot was perfect and she only went 50 yards and died in seconds.

Not the greatest pic of the bow and I am a serious goofball but you get the point :)  Here's a better pic of the bow with my first deer with her.
