Longbow kill
« on: November 12, 2018, 01:55:08 PM »
I shot this one last night with a bow that my good friend Pearl Drums made. It's a tri lam. Bamboo back with a yew belly. I'm not sure what the core is. I used a Cliff Zwickey broadhead. It meant a lot for me to get a deer with a bow that he made.

The shot was farther back than I wanted. I waited until this morning to look for it. I'm glad I did. It only went 75 yards and stayed on a mowed trail the entire time.
