Great Combo Cory!  I to was thinking perhaps a deer meat to wild hog burger combo, could work🤔 :bigsmyl:

Where’s your stand?  Swampsniper got you using a saddle yet?

Hey John,
My stand was still in the tree just above the pirogue. I hadn’t taken it down yet when I took the pics. I have tried Saddle hunting but still prefer my lock on stands. If I’m going really deep I’ll use it but this hunt I tied my pirogue to the tree I was hunting from :)
Merry Christmas !

Obviously that deer and hog didn’t realize “Who’s” Pirogue was tied to that tree 😂 great hunt as usual. You’d flim it?

I never tire of hearing congrats  :biglaugh:

I didn’t build it, a friend built it for me and he did a fine job for his second build. It’s made from marine plywood and cypress for the gunnel strips and seats.
Hope you are doing good!

Nice job on the pork 'n' deer! Like that pirogue too. I have one that is 11' 6". What is the length on your pirogue?  An what bow were you using?
Access by water was always my favorite way to go hunting of any kind.

Brian a good friend built it for me. He did an awesome job considering he had never built one before. We bought the material and he built us each one. I hope to paddle many more critters out in it
