Well guys good news I think. No surgery for now. They gave me an injection and some HD anti inflammatory drugs. Looking at 8 weeks of pt then a re-evaluation. If he sees 60%+ improvements in pain relief and range of motion then more pt. If not then we discuss options. Bad news is even he (the ortho surgeon) does not know exactly what is causing the pain.

So best case scenario I may be able to shoot winter league still.

Why add glass to a wood bow when it shoots great without glass?
Why make 3 piece bows with nuts and bolts on them to hold them together?
Indians made real bows.

Making a Bamboo backed Osage Tri lam, Thanks for the bamboo Roy
The grain on this Osage board is running off to the side, so I laid out my bamboo on a angle to work mo better.
And glued up the Z splice.
