You want the aniline dye that is alcohol soluble, not water soluble!

Water raises the grain, alcohol doesn't and it dries in about 10 seconds and can be blended in very easily.

Woodworker carries the aniline dye.

I had to read that a couple times to fully understand (sometimes I’m a little slow)
Then I got a mental pic of how dogs normally get “hooked up”

And I’d love a few more inches to do some spot and stalk hunting with the snow camo.
