After close inspection I’m convinced they are pack rats (wood rats). Google Missouri pack rat.

These pics were taken at a new mineral lick I established a couple of months back. It's right near a creek and what I'm guessing is not too far from the bachelor group's bedding area. Getting ready to hang a stand near here, right where it comes out on a field of late beans.


This picture was actually taken on July 2nd, not sure what happened with the date on the camera.


This one was July 12th.

I'd love to take one of these fellas, preferably in velvet, for my first trad buck!
