Vermonsters kids program at work!!!
« on: March 31, 2008, 09:26:00 PM »
I had the honor to present 3 bows to 5 special kids tonight... special thanks to David (vermonster), Jeremy, and others that made this happen.  I look forward to mentoring and teaching these young ones how to build their own arrows

From left to right..Maddie, Isiah, Jacob, and Benjamin

and we cannot forget the youngest... Nathan..

The kids at work!  Ive got to make mention that vermonster came up with a nice little lefty for the girl...she wont have to fight with her brothers to shoot...she couldnt put the bow down..it really touched my wife and myself!

The other arrows got held up Steve so I'll get some out in the mail to you this week. Thanks for the pics and taking an interest in some kids who other wise may never have got a chance to shoot     .

Great pics! They look like really nice people, and I hope they find joy in the flight of their arrows.

no problem Dave.. ....Jeremy did an outstanding job of cleaning up that old pearson...it looked brand new!!! plus the leather arm guards and quiver....these kids are all quite shy and do not show a ton of emotion....they were extremely grateful and surprised.... i cant tell you how many "thank yous" i heard before we left... their parents couldnt believe that there are folks out there that care so much...they were all very happy!!!!

Hey Steve, there were two quivers in the tube. One on top and one on the bottom.
