Same for me. After a crap couple weeks of work (kept me from attempting turkey mojo) I'll finish up next week.  Maybe some pics before shipping

I'm a little confused Goob, so that beautiful pink bow you built for Ole Roy didn't count as your trade bow?

Well, I do not wear jammies, but just to satisfy a couple of fellas I found an old pair in closet, kind of sexy eh?

Y’all might be starting a new fashion trend for the 3D circuit.  :biglaugh:

Sexy? Have to ask your wife about that
Comfy? yes. I could live in flannel Jammie pants, but then I would have to move near a Walmart

Well it’s not as bad as I thought but I’m 6-8# over. It still has the essence of a trilam but it’s more of a bamboo backed elm with an Osage super lam on the belly. Looks pretty good at full draw and shoots good  still. I have one last epoxy session with it then on to final sanding. Gotta make a run to Tandy leather Monday or Tuesday to get some dye for the bamboo. Hope they have pink.

Fishinglink-

I had to do a similar thing. Was gonna do a straight up Hickory backed Mulberry and it came in below weight. I was going to scrap it but I added an Osage parallel to the belly and its pulling good now. Looks cool too.

6-8# over is no big deal. It will shoot in fine.

My bow is about 5 pounds over too.

I lost my recipients address and can't find it.

Not worried about it, I really don't want let it go anyway:)

OK, I know this does not look impressive, but it represents a big step toward getting my swap bow done. My old glass form was worn out, so I had to make a new one and condition it.
So I finally got my glass done. Black Emerald metallic pearl. Has just a little shimmer in the sun light.
Should get the blank glued up tomorrow, everything else is ready to go.

Got it reading on my scale at 1# over my victims max. Have a little more light sanding to do and a couple hundred more arrow's to shoot then I'll apply the finish.

Don't know if it's all the activity, the deadline, or just me, but it's getting kind of exciting around here.
