The axe is a replica from 1200 years ago. It is no good for woodwork, to thin.
Probably used for cleaving skulls by the guys with horned helmets. :)

Pretty nice riser, Bue.

Nice little ax too.

I also like your shop door.

What's the smaller door like thing on it?

Thats a pretty riser Bue. Looks like you need to do some grain filling. What are you spraying?
Its a wonder you get anything done, with all the questions we have for you.

Roy, what do you mean with smaller door thing?
Flem, I am filling the grain now, one more heavy coat tomorrow with a high gloss alkyd spray. Then I am going to sand it off.
And Flem, there is never too many questions. I think one of the joys in life is to learn new things, see how other people do things. That is one of the things I like about Tradgang, you can ask questions and people are freely sharing their knowledge. So I am glad if I can contribute with something. :)

You know, being from Missouri, the "Show Me" state, I have always been a firm believer that instruction manuals should be illustrated.

I am working on pics but I can't seem to get them to post. I resized them all to 640x480 but it's still complaining.

Looking forward to the glamour shot.  Nice shooting too Lonnie.

Roy, I believe that is just a different shade to the door panel.

Bue, I really like that color after a layer of finish

It is a beauty and that grip is fantastic. It has no issue bossing those arrows around to get exactly what it wants, with authority. Smooth as silk. I will let the pics tell the rest.

It even comes with a custom launch pad and sleeping bag. The wife is working extra hours this week so I have to find someone to take a full draw pic.
