Future TradGanger

I have been shooting my Bear Super 48 that is 45 @ 28 at an indoor range near my house.   I met a boy there named Jacob.   Jacobs’s step-dad is the bow technician at the shop so Jacob spends a lot of time at the shop shooting his compound.  One day he asked if he could shoot my recurve.  I thought it would be fun to let him shoot.   He had a great time and now every time I go there he wants my recurve to shoot.
I let him shoot it one day after a Kids tournament shoot.   I left the room and when I came back all the kids were taking turns shooting it and they were having their own tournament with my recurve.   It is great to see all the kids shooting and having a good time.
My son’s first recurve was a Darton Superflight.  It is a small 20lb bow.   This bow has been stored and waiting on my little girl to get bigger so she can shoot it.   My son told me to give that recurve to Jacob.   I spoke with Jacobs step-dad and he said that it would be ok and he would leave it at the shop so whenever Jacob is there he can shoot it.

Last week I gave him the bow and 6 wooden arrows I made.   He was very excited.   I did not have to work with him too much.  He picked it up and started shooting it like a pro.

Great pics and story. Thanks!

That has got to be the best looking form i have ever seen.  I think it might rival Tarz's form clock.
