Good looking bow, as others have said, can't wait to see it finished.

Update today with tips gled at 60”. Getting close with still a couple pounds to loose until desired draw weight. Really happy about the way it’s coming along so far:

Looking good! Got some Pom-Poms there. Makes me think I need some fuzzy dice string silencers

I really like the way that turned out.  How’s it shoot?

Looking good! Question for you. You said the tiller was way off, are you guys making tiller adjustments by removing material off the sides of the limbs, as to not loose too much fiberglass off the belly?

Tattoo Dave

Yes that's what I do. It's only my second bow so I am no expert but I will not want to sand down the fiber unless the bow comes out really over expected poundage

Did not have much time to work on the bow lately.
First shooting report says it's not a quiet bow if there is no POM POM on the string! but fairly fast. But well, it's hard to compare to any other bow I know since this one is only 34#@28" (for the wife). The only other bow I could compare it with is an old 30# yellow fiber glass bear bow. Of course the bear bow is not as loud but certainly not as fast neither.

I guess I'll just have to build a 50# with the same design to know what it's really worth. I would probably make it 58". I'm thinking shorter would reduce a little bit preload

Here are a couple pictures of the finished bow. I made a new string with less strand off astro and it really quieted the bow down.

Hard to take pictures that do the nice wood justice with such a shiny finish, but the wife is really happy with it. And that’s what really counts

I am using 2 components PU in rattle can (automotive stuff). I am happy with the result. It’s durable. But Not really economical. Approximately 1 can a bow. 20€/ can.
But i don’t have a compressor and this gets the job done
