I'm a fan of EFOC
I just built some recently for my 53# pch.
I like a superlight shaft and I will even get it in a weaker spine for less gpi. Black eagle .500 carnivores were the best bang for buck I found. I cut them as short as possible 28" I pull 27.5". I put a 6" footer to stiffen it up, then 100 gr insert and 225 gr head. Ditched the wraps and fletched with 4 2" shields. I don't get into the numbers but it's loaded pretty front heavy and fly great.

I'm a fan of efoc last year my arrow set up was gold tip trad 400 with 300 on the front for a foc of right around 30 I hunt with a 51@28 northern mist whisper that arrow weight with a woodsman broadhead worked fantastic. I put together a set for next that are 30.5 inch gold tip trads 350 up front 670 grains with an foc of 24% should really thump an animal

I just got the EFOC bug. I'm shooting
43lb PLV at 28"
400 spine easton bloodline arrows 30"
75 grain brass insert
190 grain cutthroat with 100 grain steel adapter
2.5" fletch
610 grains total
30% FOC
Broadhead's and field points fly great even in cross winds
Can't wait to try this on game..
