Posting pics?
« on: March 06, 2019, 07:39:38 PM »
Took me years to finally manage posting pics on the "old" site, but no luck doing so now. I did a few searches but didn't find anything to help.
My computer in an iMac, and Imgur is the photo hosting site. Any suggestions?

I did read that and tried it; didn't work for me. I'll have another go at it tomorrow. Might be missing some detail on the host site end of it. I have posted from there before.

Two things I stumbled on to get the pic posted:

On the Imgur image page, towards the top. there's a little window for "Auto Resize". I opened that, and chose, I think, size for forums. It's about half the size the pic is at when it's imported to Imgur; you see this as a number, not an image.

Also, I needed to click on "Preview", bottom right of the posting page... wait till the pic appears on the screen... and post.

I need some practice.
