What spine would work with a Samick Sage 30# with 150 grain heads?

600 or 700 spine I would guess. I say guess as I have no practical experience with bows with that draw weight.

Try carbon express predator iis in 800 spine.  They should be right to tune.

I think .600 will be too stiff! I agree with the .700 or .800 bring a place to start.
