Toelke bow grip
« on: March 28, 2019, 12:39:28 PM »
I am going to have a Pika in the works, for those of you that have a Toelke or have had one, do you like the standard grip or the classic grip and why?

Kenny, I have an SS and a Chinook. Both have the standard grip which i really like, the thumbrest gives you a nice repeatable grip. I haven’t handled one with a classic grip so I can’t offer any info there. I was thinking of putting a beavertail on my Chinook, I believe Dan will also wrap the standard grip if you ask him if that’s something you like.

Have owned 3 toelkes.  Have had both grips.  I prefer the standard.

Thanks for the info, I’ll probably go with the standard.

I’ve owned a bunch with both grips. Get all my new ones with the classic grip. I don’t dislike the standard, but the classic is closer to my other bow grips and makes the change less noticeable.

I really like my standard. Talk to Dan and he'll explain how he would like a tracing of your bow hand done and he'll shape it to fit your hand size.
You can fix stupid.......but it's gonna hurt!
