Bear mag screw size
« on: April 10, 2019, 12:10:52 PM »
My mag riser has a stripped screw hole that holds the bracket to the riser. It will screw in when the bracket is off and just screwing into the riser. I think a longer screw the same size will work. Anyone know the screw size thread. Thanks, Frank Novak.

Found the correct size. 8-32 works perfect on my riser. Frank

Something didn't seen quite right so I checked on the screw size again and 6-32 thread is the correct size. This is for the latch bracket into the riser. Just wanted to correct last post. Frank.

The Kodiak magnum from grayling had a 5/16 X 24 thread.

Found the correct size. 8-32 works perfect on my riser. Frank
