So as I was saying....

Unbeknownst to me while occupied with Sentry #3 I was being stalked by Bigg’s personal bodyguard El Leguardo 🙀

Scout seen this situation developing and made a quick accurate shot and took out El Leguardo

El Leguardo got his name from...well the size of his legs

With his sentries down and now El Leguardo Mr. Bigg’s was in a very precarious situation.

We were now within 50 yards of his usual sanctuary, it’s a place where a drainage ditch emptied into the lake. A gator has also set up residence and burrowed a good size tunnel under the ditch leaving a gaping hole some 6-7’ in diameter.

And then there are 3-4 small islands strung out at the mouth of the inlet.

Bigg’s can sit there behind the cypress trees knees and survey his kingdom and feel relatively secure.

So in our final pushed towards Bigg’s fortress I had taken the lead and as I shined the light every root, mud clump, and rotten stick took on the shape of Bigg’s.

My awareness was at such a keen level I was becoming delusional, and then it happened....

There he was, right there, right in front of me! Not moving, not slowly disappearing into the murky water as so many time before. Just sitting there with such an air of confidence, so much so I began to doubt our ability to conquer him.

But as Supreme Leader and Captain I quickly push that thought aside and barked whispered orders to Scout...

Like “Scout, get over here there a big one”. Scouts hard of hearing so sometimes I have raise my voice to get his attention.

I get Scout lined out and tell him where Bigg’s is and as he approaches I’m sure he’s going to blow it like so many times before.

But tonight he using his secret weapon...the “Handy Clicker” ( insert commercial here for our sponsor here on TG “Lifecycle”)😂

And now as we enter into the last page of the last chapter of the book...Scout lines up for the shot...

I can’t bear to look, the thought of Bigg’s winning again is to much for me, the pain, the agony of it is just too much.

Scout is now re-maneuvering from his left side to right? What’s he doing he’ll spook Bigg’s for sure, but no Bigg’s holds his ground.

And it comes to me Bigg’s is betting Scout will miss, and why not we done it so many times in the pass.

Now Scout is slowly drawing he makes pass half draw without loosing his arrow I’m utterly amazed at his calmness. He reaches full draw, anchors 1 second, 2 seconds, 3 and the arrow flashes away...

Then utter chaos and pandemonium takes place. I’m yelling you got him and go get him before he gets off your arrow! Scout is stumbling over tree roots and dodging cypress knee’s reaching for Bigg’s.

Bigg’s now realizes he miscalculated Scouts ability and is fighting for his life jumping, clawing to get off the shaft.

And he’s now at the fletchings one more jump and he’s gone...

But tonight belonged to F. R. O. G!

There will alway be another despots dictatorship where we are duty bound to intervene. Until then F. R. O. G is out.

Not the biggest we seen or shot but one bad frog😁

We have another one that literally looked the sizes of a football.

Warren our “Logistic” specialists was new to frogging with Trad gear and his turn was up. So he shoot’s, hit the frog and the frog jumps and drags his arrow back to the lake🙀

I bought one too, but I haven't touched my bow much in the past months.
