Big Boar Down!
« on: April 18, 2019, 10:12:24 AM »
I went walk a few days ago and was able to stick several fish. Saved them for crawfish bait.
Yesterday evening I slipped away and climbed up where I had been hand throwing corn for a few days and right before dark this big boar came in and took an arrow to the pump station! I was shooting my Black Hunter Longbow 40# at my 26” draw. Cheap china Dirtnap knock-off head in 125 grains.

I’m guessing around 200# John
I cooked a hung quarter today. Stuffed it with garlic and bacon, seasoned it up and put it in the oven after browning it down with onions. Man it was goooooood! :archer2:
