Tight Spot Quiver
« on: April 29, 2019, 08:17:20 AM »
Anybody use one? I recently acquired one to use on my BW PMA but I am just not happy with how it mounts to the riser inserts. Anybody have any experience, or pics of how you have yours set up? Thanks

I feel your pain.   :)

It's a very nice quiver, but I couldn't deal with how it fit either.  I got in an old box and found one of those sight/quiver extension plates and put in on the bow.  Problem solved.  It's lets the quiver sit back some too.

I've used one extensively. I think it works great but has one quirck to get the best performance. That is a third point of contact with the rubber bumper. This is great for Hoyts with a riser bridge or bulky risers like a Jack Howard Jet. When I was shooting it on an A&H bow it was rigid but it resonated at the shot with out a place for the bumper to touch.

I just put it on my Matrix riser so you can see what it looks like with the extension.

I see. I guess you could see how much BW would charge for another hole drilled and tapped (or DIY) or sell it and go a thunderhorn or the like.

I like it fine for an ILF, but I have a limb mounted thunderhorn on my PMA.

I’ve got one on my WF19 riser and I like it because I can take the quiver off and hang it in the tree. The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t come with a foam insert for regular broadheads. Seems they are more designed for mechanical heads.

Mine is on a WF19 also.  I took a block of yoga foam and cut it to fit the quiver.  Works great and the yoga foam can be used for my other quivers.
