SURPRISE & GIFT PICS
« on: February 11, 2007, 10:23:00 PM »
Ok first let me say that getting a surprise from someone is just down right GREAT!But giving is really good to. well a very good freind sent me this awesome turquoise handle knife with a diamondback skinned sheath. the other knife with the antler handle is a valentines gift to my wife shell. I made this and she just had to have it! Like having me as a husband is not enough of a gift  :bigsmyl:  . Tradgang is just awesome with the best people in the world. <><

Lewis the blade I made shells knife from was a big butcher knife old dexter. Great sharp steel. The steel on the other knife looks like carbon also. It was found by a fellow Tradganger when he was a kid many moons ago.<><

Im not a big knife guy, I like small knives better. I like the first one alot. I have had a couple of big knives but they just dont suite me to well.

I just got access to a bunch of scrap exotic wood to make knife handles scales from so I am gonna start making some cheatr knives. But first I have to replinsh my dremel cutting discs. The last two I made I went thru about 50 discs. those things are really easy to break. LOL

Did ya use the Diamond-Impregnated Cutter Blades for Your Dremel? I have one that has about 6 years on it, and Never a Problem.
Just a Suggestion, and the Knives Look Great!!
