What is the general rule for what draw lengths can be achieved with various bow lengths?

Max and under perfect conditions would be twice the draw length. But, just remember the old adage...
...A bow fully drawn is 9/10th broken!   :saywhat:
Twice the draw length plus 10% is a safe bet.
