I finished up this stave yesterday. It had quite a bit of natural deflex so I got all high tech with a fancy steaming system and a bending form
The rough rough-out. D flexed!
It took a lot of wood removal to get it to bend at floor tiller. This is some pretty stiff Yew. Here is my first go at bending in some serious recurves.

After bending and cooling. I put it back on the "caul" and toasted the bend. They stayed.
