Micarta is my favorite material for working knives, will not slip in your hand no matter how many guts you open...

get the shape right and you will have a go to knife, Brian is doing a great job on these very functional knives !

My skinning and gutting knives are rated by the animal I'm doing, Big animals big blade, hand grip etc.

you want to challenge your hunting knife, do a moose, from head to toe, I've done 7 shiras in the last 17 years

Be prepared!
There is room for all of Gods creatures, right next to my mashed potatoes!

Thanks all. I have seen Hornhunters knives in action, developed a liking of micarta with them. Hope the new owner likes it.
