Good loking bow, Chad. It is about time I saw you with a long bow. Now, can you shoot wood out of that thing?Did you know that Dick,Rick Ellis,Denny and myself signed up for the bowyer hunt in texas? Should be a great time. Would love to have you along if possible.

Chad,

Looks good.

I thought the longbow limbs were going to be fitted for the extreme riser?

I guess you just couldn't bear to cut down the size of that riser because there wouldn't be as much of it to look at!

Neat looking limbs.  Is that all Bill's design or did Bob start working on that one.

The finish on that bow looks really good too.

Chris

P.S. I'll bet Norb is on the phone with Bill right now.

Ok guys let me try to awnser all of these.
Zipper just started making the longbow limbs and started taking orders last week.

As for performance, The new longbow limbs average 1 fps slower than the recurve limbs with the exact same weight and same arrow.

Chris, This isn't the one i ordered! The one i ordered is an extreme with longbow and recurve limbs. I should have it next week. Bill called last night and told me had this stock bow and to stop by and pick it up if i wanted to.

The bow is very well mannered. No handshock and good speed. The 60" limbs pull an even 3# per inch out to 30". The 62" limbs pull 3# per inch well past 32".  This is Bill"s design and something that he said wanted to do as soon as he bought zipper. The longbow limbs fit the same as the recurve limbs and can be used on the std or the extreme risers.

Ron,
This thing seems to shoot best around 7 1/4" I still need to play with it some to see what's the best.

Mike, I wish i could but i don't get as much time off as you old retired guys!  :D   I hope you guys have a great trip. You'll like CK. He is alot like Dick only smaller!  :scared:
