That was Kwyk....Styk
« on: July 24, 2019, 03:25:37 PM »
I contacted Jack Kempf the beginning of June about building me a 56” 48#@28” Kwyk Styk. I sent him some myrtle veneers I had gotten from the Wood Vault and left the rest up to him. This is what I received today in the mail.

Bowhunting is a passion, not an obsession. Its just hard for my wife to tell the difference sometimes.

Absolutely stunning.  I bet that is one great shooter.  Please let us know how she performs.

Good shooting.

Fred, that’s a real beauty. I had a 56 incher that I sold during a weak moment some years back. I was shocked how well it worked with a 30” draw.

Very nice. Most of the time Bowyers can best decide what woods work together and this shows it!

Fred:

Can you please PM me Jack's website or how to get in touch with him?  I can't find anything on the Web.

Thanks.
