ASAT leafy suit, super light and works. Well, it worked for me first time using it anyway

You just have to search your soul to see if you can cut up a $100 piece of gear. With some sneaky leaves added I think this is the ultimate light weight set up.

I'm fine with it.  I don't buy stuff like this for resell value.  I buy it to serve a specific purpose and if modifying it improves its function for that purpose then out comes the scissors.  I'm too ugly to win any beauty contests anyway, even if I am in a snazzy new camo suit.

I've used the All Predator suit for the last five years due to being confined to ground pounding-last two deer taken at 4 and 8 yards-so it must not have been too noisy. Do some trimming on bow arm and chest and you'll be good. My bride (of 38 years) bought me a ASAT suit to try this year and it is light and packable. Use background cover and minimal cover in front and both suits work well.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

I have the Kill Suit Zapper, and the ASAT 3d suit, Both are awesome! I spend more time in a tree, so the ASAT 3d gets more use by me. But, I would not get rid of either! Both are awesome!

Thanks for all the tips and suggestions guys. I picked up a like new, used Rancho Safari to test out this fall for half off. I may wind up with more than one before it’s all said and done but for now I have something to try.

My aviator has one in ASAT 3d, and here is one with Nat. Gear 3d leafy, I will look for one with the zapper. I love the Leafy suits. They go over anything from shorts and t-shirts, to insulated wool bibs.

I made my own. This allowed me to customize it for a bowhunter. Almost no material on the bow arm or left chest panel, hood is offset so I can turn to aim and not have material in my way... Bought camp netting, ghillie string, cloth, etc. Work in progress.
