Asbell wool contact help
« on: August 06, 2019, 01:27:31 PM »
Hello gang,

Anyone know how to get in contact with them? I placed an order for a Pathfinder jacket on July 17th and they sent shipment info on July 18th but the tracking info still states “pre-shipment Label created” and that it’s yet to enter the postal system. I have called, left a voicemail, emailed, and texted (their website says to text) without a response. Their website says it takes 3-11 business days to ship an order. This is business day 14. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They were at ETAR (Denton Hill) end of July. They might be at the next Trad. gathering/shoot. I think they are pretty busy with traveling to doing  different shows during the summer months. My guess is they will ship as soon as they get home. I don't think they forgot you.

Yes....this is their busiest time of the year.

You have kept the cycle going as every year someone starts a thread just like yours.  They will take care of you.

Fred and Teresa are at the GLLI right now. I will call her this morning and tell her about this thread.

Terry is right. This is their travel time of the year. I like to remind folks that they aren't Cabelas, it is literally Teresa sewing garments and Fred loading them up and taking them to the post office.

The post office is quite a haul for them. Because your label has been created, I suspect that your garment is finished, but is awaiting the next post office run.

I just communicated with Teresa via text. She is in a tent at the GLLI. She said:

"I haven't been in the office for a couple of weeks. I'm sure it is my fault, I must have missed something somewhere."

She will be back at the house by Monday....I will remind her again then and it should get to the post office.

Roger, thank you for checking on the situation for me. I’m in no rush, I just want to be sure I’ve not been overlooked, as to this day i still haven’t heard from them.
