I gave in....

Been practicing on extending my range for elk season which is quickly approaching.
With all this dang heat everything gets covered in sweat as you can imagine!
Well I had a shipment of beaver tails come in the other day and they threw in an extra tail in a natural color. I thought it just might look good on my personal bow and with all the sweat I figured why not!!
I think it turned out pretty darn nice!

That natural beaver tail looks really really good.

Never seen a natural before, might even prefer it to the usual black.

I do them all the time for customers and I have done a couple of my personal bows in the past. This was the only bow I own that didn’t have a Beavertail grip and I had no intentions of putting one on it. But I finally gave in and I’m glad I did!
