I'm sorry to hear that. My son is dear to me, as they all are to everyone, and I've wondered how I could make it if something ever happened to him.
Times like this takes me back to a friend who lost his mother prematurely.
I asked him how he was doing, and he said it was rough.
I said,"well, you just have to keep on keepin' on, you don't have a choice."
He looked at me and I saw his eyes open. He nodded his head and replied, "you're right, I have to keep goin'."
My thoughts are with you friend.
