Another reason to go if you can is you never know what is in your future. I had to drive to Denver today to meet with an orthopedic oncologist, first surgery Monday. Anyway I have a couple cool short videos but don’t know how to post them. Any help there?

Sounds like an awesome adventure!
I was lucky enough to hunt near Kotzebue back in '96. Beautiful country!!!
I had a similar experience in that the wide open terrane made trad bowhunting tough. We camped along the Noatak River. One afternoon three rifle hunters came floating down the river. One raft had about 6 or 7 large caribou racks on top, and was nearly overflowing with meat. They couldn't understand why we hadn't killed any bulls. Oh well.
