Sometimes a trip is as much about healing yourself as it is about killing something. There's a huge amount of value in just leaving our 'other' world behind and looking toward the next river bend. Alaska is fine place to do just that.

Glad to hear you had a good trip and......that it won’t be your last.

Alaska still calls to me. My pilot called last week and confirmed, I’m headed back for moose next year.

For everybody wanting to hunt Alaska, like most things in life, it will only happen if YOU make it so.

Sorry about your brother, I can’t imagine. Grouse and good memories were my trophies on my last moose hunt as well. Spending time in the peace and quiet is good for the soul.

Great hunt! It's so beautiful up there and as Kevin Dill said, a great place to find healing, peace of mind, and fullness of spirit.
