Howdy everyone,
I finished up another bow off of the new form I build recently. This build was for a young gentleman in Alabama who will be receiving this bow as his Christmas present! His father wanted me to dress this bow up a bit and make it a bit fancier than my usual bows. I tried my best to add a bit of class without overdoing it.
The specs of the bow;
63" NTN, 38# @ 28". Holds 3/4" rested reflex and takes 1/4" of set after shooting.
Bamboo back, hickory power lam, maple core and osage belly. Handle section is made of laminated black cherry.
cordovan stained bamboo, buffalo horn tip overlays, and black beavertail grip and shelf.
The bow finished out as a great little shooter. The draw is buttery smooth and the bow has good speed. I hope the new owner enjoys his first bow!
Cheers,
Taylor
