Black Widow Tour - Enjoy a guided tour of the world-famous Black Widow bow company. Company owners Toby Essick and Roger Fulton will give a tour of the location where their team builds the beautiful Black Widow bows. The tour is free of charge, but you must notify PBS Home Office (Harmony) that you will be attending so the shuttle ride from the Oasis Hotel can be planned.

Welcome Dinner Social - Come mingle with the legends of archery and connect with old friends and new while enjoying a delicious BBQ brisket, chicken breast, sweet corn, baked beans, deviled egg potato salad, coleslaw, rolls, buns, dessert, freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee and iced tea. All of this for only $25 / person! There will be two bar stations where you may purchase your favorite adult beverage or soda.

Member Breakfast - Kick the day off with a chance to smooze with PBS Regular and Life Members. The breakfast has traditionally been limited to only Regular and Life Members, but we are opening it up to those who are considering applying for Regular member status. Here's your chance to ask the questions you may have. The breakfast includes the following: fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, Yukon Gold breakfast potatoes, biscuits & gravy, fresh fruit, breakfast breads with preserves, chilled juice, water, fresh brewed coffee (Reg & Decaf), and hot tea. All this for only $20.

Bow, Arrow, Knife and Photo Contest - Bring your 8"x10" photo to enter into a contest in one of four categories (Hero, Youth, Trail Camera, Wildlife/Scenery). Also, enter the bow you made in one of three categories (Professional, Amateur, Primitive). Arrow builders will have chance to compete as well with 3 categories (Professional (3-arrow set), Amateur (3-arrow set), and Best One Arrow Artistic). We can't forget our amazing knife makers and you can enter the contest to see if you are the best knife builder. A very nice CRKT knife will be award to each winner. All entries become property of PBS and are auctioned off to raise funds for PBS activities. Winner determined by vote of attendees.

Silent Auction & Bucket Raffle - Many donated items are placed in a bucket raffle or silent auction for you to take your chance or place your bid. General raffle tickets are included in Half and Full Draw packages and you can buy additional tickets as follows: 100 for $50, 35 for $20, or 15 for $10.

Dealer Displays Open to Public - This is your opportunity to handle and shoot the bows you've heard so much about, try on some of the new clothing, or to ask questions about some of the best bowhunting and other equipment made.

Seminar: Barry Wensel - Whitetail Strategies - Barry Wensel really needs no introduction. He became easily recognized as “the guy in the crooked hat” in some of the first hunting videos ever produced, bringing his sense of humor and shooting skills to fans across the country. Together with his twin brother Gene, they have written half a dozen books and hundreds of articles. They have been involved in many video, audio and television productions. They have done hundreds of speaking engagements and hunting seminars all over the world. Bowhunting has taken them all over America, Canada, Alaska and Africa. If you want to learn some tips and tricks to consistently take world class whitetail deer, then you won't want to miss this seminar.

Seminar: Dr. E. Donnall and Lori Thomas - Improving Your Field Photos - Don Thomas has spent his entire life outdoors. Although he worked for years as a physician, he has also been a commercial fisherman, bush pilot, and guide. He now writes full time; current responsibilities include serving as Co-Editor of Traditional Bowhunter and others. Don freelances regularly for most national magazines that cover fly-fishing, wing-shooting, and bowhunting and has authored 20 books on these subjects with several widely respected publishers. Lori Thomas is a fourth generation Montanan and a widely published outdoor photographer, supplying hundreds of photos in support of Don's writing. Their work is world renowned and has been shown in Retriever Journal, Fish Alaska, Gray's Sporting Journal, Shooting Sportsman, Traditional Bowhunter, and Alaska Magazine to name only a few. Ladies Tour - You don't have to be a lady to join the "Ladies Tour". Many men have already expressed their interest in attending as well. You just can't find a more fun and exciting way to spend a day. You can go eye-to-eye with wildlife and discover the greatest collection of record-setting big game animals ever assembled. Entertaining and educational, this world-class experience emphasizes the critical role hunters and anglers play in conserving the great outdoors. You can also dive into the excitement of the world’s oceans, lakes, and streams with 1.5 million gallons of saltwater and freshwater aquariums teeming with more than 35,000 live fish, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and birds. $50 / person includes transportation, ticket to Wonders of Wildlife, ticket to Aquarium, and buffet lunch at Hemingway’s Blue Water Café.

Seminar: Monty Browning - A Life of Adventures - Monty is an old school storyteller that keeps you on the edge of your seat. His seminars are filled with knowledge, excitement, and humor. Monty has been an adventure bowhunter for over 40 years. He is the author of "Bowhunting: A Passion For Life". Monty has no corporate sponsors and has paid for his own hunts by working 30 years in the local post office. Now retired, he “climbs and trims sixty-foot pine trees” to pay for his hunting adventures, which have taken him around the world. Monty has literally stared death in the face and goes back for more. Humble, honest, and tough-as-nails are words and phrases that have been used to describe him. Truly a man’s man, Browning has done things his own way and lived to talk about it. His favorite saying is that “stupid should be painful” (includes excerpts from Michael Ritchie book review). You don't want to miss hearing a few of Monty's stories.

Seminar: Rob Patatu, Ethan Rodrique, Jesse Minnish, Dalton Lewis – Podcasts - The world is changing and "Podcast" are here to stay. What is a podcast? "A digital audio file made available on the Internet for downloading to a computer or mobile device, typically available as a series, new installments of which can be received by subscribers automatically. Podcasts are a learning media that many of the younger generation turn to for learning and entertainment. The archery would is fortunate to have several phenomenal organizations that produce podcasts. PBS has put together a panel of the pre-eminent experts in the industry and they will be available to answer questions and to teach you about podcasts and demo how they are done. Representatives "The Stickbow Chronicles - Sharing our passion one story at a time" who are devoted to the adventure of hunting with traditional archery equipment, will be present.
3 PM – 4 PM
Seminar: Knife Making 101 - Brad Janson, Jeff Springer, Thaddeus Stager - If you have ever had ambitions of building your own knife, but just didn't know where to start, then this is a seminar for you. PBS put together a panel of exceptional knife makers who will describe the knife making process and will be available to answer any questions you might have.
5 PM – 6 PM
Social Hour - Come early to smooze with your old and new friends, grab a tasty appetizer, and enjoy an adult beverage from one of the two bar stations. Appetizers to include: traditional hot wings, mini beef sliders, crab rangoon, vegetable spring rolls, seasonal fresh fruit, vegetables roasted red pepper dip, and breaded beef ravioli. Appetizers are included in the price of your banquet meal, but drinks are charged separate.
6 PM – 10 PM
Dinner and Auction - Tonight is a buffet dinner with Caribbean jerk chicken with a spicy mango glaze, house smoked pork loin with red onion and tomato jam (Gluten Free), shrimp and scallops with chiffonade basil, pasta, vegetables, Chef's dessert, warm rolls and butter, freshly brewed regular and decaf coffee and iced tea. Two bar stations will also be available to purchase an adult beverage. Following dinner there will be an auction of hunts, trips, bows, knives, arrows, crafts, top tier clothing, etc. You won't want to miss the chance at a dream hunt. The banquet cost is $45 / person.
Banquet Keynote Address - Guest Speaker: Bryan Burkhardt & Jim Eckout: 60th Anniversary Little Delta Bowhunt - Our Friday night banquet keynote speakers will be Bryan Burkhardt and Jim Eckout. Bryan and Jim will give a first-hand account, photographic and video journey of their experience on the 60th Anniversary Little Delta Bowhunt. Sixty years ago, Glenn St. Charles led a large group of bowhunters north to Alaska, which included none other than Fred Bear. Bryan and Jim honored the undertaking of Glenn and Fred and took a hunt in 2019 recreating the historic hunt. You won't want to miss the storytelling and visual summary of this epic hunt.

Seminar: Dr. Ben Pinney - Growing Up PBS - Dr. Ben Pinney was just a young teenager when he learned about PBS and he will tell the story of how he was mentored and coached along the way to becoming one of the world's premier Alaskan bowhunters.

Ladies Luncheon - This is a fun filled opportunity for the ladies of PBS to be served a delicious lunch and wine by a few handsome PBS members and to bid on some amazing donated items. Lunch to include choice of parmesan encrusted chicken, mesquite smoked pork loin, or orange glazed tilapia (Gluten Free). Meal will also include Chef's selected starch and vegetable, Oasis signature salad, dessert, warm rolls and butter, freshly brewed regular and decaf coffee and iced tea. All of this fun and food for only $30.

Seminar: Gene Hopkins - The History of Archery - If you want to see and hear about the history of archery, then you do not want to miss this seminar. Gene has an archery collection to match any in the world. Gene has a knowledge and passion for archery and bowhunting that is unsurpassed. He has bowhunted the world and during his exploits has collected some of the most interesting artifacts know. Come and hear about his collection and if you have a special item and want to know more about it, bring it along and I'm sure Gene can tell you all about it. Gene will have a bit of his huge collection present for your viewing pleasure.
2:15 PM – 3 PM
Seminar: Terry Receveur / Jeff Holchin - Bowhunting on a Budget - These two guys have gone on dozens, if not hundreds, of Do It Yourself (DIY) hunts and they will give you a long list of valuable tips and tricks on how you can take that dream bowhunt without breaking the bank. They will give real life examples of budget hunts from Alaska to Florida and many locations in-between.
2:15 PM – 3 PM
Seminar: Annie Browning - Living With a Hunter - Annie Browning is the wife of legendary bowhunter Monty Browning and she has a story to tell of her own. While this seminar may appeal to the spouses of many of the Gathering attendees, it can also give us bowhunters an insight into how our bowhunting passion affects our better half.
5 PM – 6 PM
Social Hour - Another opportunity to catch up with your friends and enjoy excellent food and drinks. Appetizers to include: chicken and bell pepper skewer, mini smoked pork sliders, jerk style hot wings, sweet Thai meatballs, seasonal fresh fruit, vegetables and dip, and tri-color tortilla chips with fresh garden salsa. Everything but drinks are included in your Sat. banquet ticket price.

Dinner and Auction - Plated dinner with your choice of steak Au Poivre, maple and copper run whiskey glazed salmon, or wok fried baby vegetables (Gluten Free). All entrees include: Oasis signature salad, Chef’s appropriate starch and vegetable, Chef's dessert, warm rolls and butter, freshly brewed regular and decaf coffee and iced tea. Two bar stations will also be open for you to purchase an adult beverage. Ticket price for social hour and dinner is only $45 / person. Following the dinner will be an awards ceremony, presentation by Keynote speaker Dr. E. Donnall Thomas, Jr., and a live auction of fun hunts, trips, award winning bows, arrows, knives, handmade crafts, and other amazing donated items.
Banquet Keynote Address: Dr. E. Donnall Thomas, Jr.: Bowhunting Siberia - This is a great opportunity to hear from one of the legends of bowhunting. As seen in his biography above, Don has been there and done that. You will have the unique opportunity to hear about the experiences Don encountered while "Bowhunting Siberia at the End of the Cold War"! Don is an elite storyteller and we guarantee you'll be mesmerized by his adventures.
