Passing the torch
« on: December 25, 2019, 03:54:08 PM »
I have been in talks with my older brother for years about traditional archery equipment for children. He has seen all the pictures of my kids shooting and had to know where I got the bows. I of course referred him to mike with maddog archery. I gave him some ideas on other equipment as well and referred him to kustom king for kids arrows.

Only problem was he didnt have a bow to go along and had no idea what he would like. I was getting together with him for thanksgiving and was going to let him borrow my slick stick that I purchased a few years back, when my wife suggested I just give it to him, which we did with a dozen arrows (she's amazingly generous with my archery equipment lol). I told him stories of my favorite days in the woods stumping and today we welcome two new kid archers and another adult into the fold. First time on a string and stumping to boot.

Santa and Mike teamed up to knock this one out of the park!

Too many bows to list, and so many more I want to try!  Keep the wind in your face, and your broadheads sharp.

That’s awesome! It’s hard to beat the simple pleasure of stumping.
