since I was wide awake at 430 this morning, I pounded my initial pot of coffee and hit the shop. something about those quiet early morning hours a guy can get some work done without any interruptions, aside from refilling the coffee cup. Took a bow out of the form, got it all cleaned up, retaped, layout, and then tapered limbs and ran across edge sander to finish roughing it out. made up tip and handle overlays, and glued those on. Readyt to cut string grooves and tiller tomorrow. sweet lookin bow, zebrawood riser with a walnut I beam, figured eucalyptus veneers with rosewood overlays. everythign went really smooth with it so far. Will start shaping everything tomorrow. No sideways pics today. Phone was busy with playin a podcast while I worked. After I got all that done this morning, went and checked traps, my friends grandson got his first pine marten catch today so that was exciting. My fisher sets were untouched.
