Folks, with hunting season winding down, it's time to start making plans to come to this year's Howard Hill Classic.

Already talking to plenty of folks saying they'll be here.

Folks, I mentioned earlier the the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Winners will compete against each other for the"TOP SHOT" award.

The past Championship Shoot-Down competition had ONE Winner from the Men & Women and received a Custom Howard Hill longbow.

As you see, there is now THREE from the Men & Women.

What I failed to mention is that the "Championship Shoot-Down" will now have a Cash Award for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Winner for the Men & Women.

The 1st Place for both is $300.00, the 2nd Place for both is $200.00 and the 3rd Place for both is $100.00

Folks, that is $1,200.00 Cash Awards.

These Cash Awards are Sponsored by "Traditional Bowhunter Magazine" & "American Traditional Archer".  Start practicing y'all!!!

By the way folks, as we go to the "Championship Shoot-Down", even if you haven't qualified, TAKE YOUR BOW!!!

My wife, Rhonda, has come up with an idea that to say the least, IS PRETTY COOL!!!

Folks, this year Howard Hill Classic is not one you want to miss.

The bow pictured above is a 45# bow, great poundage for shooting tournaments.
The raffle will be playing card type with only 52 chances to win. :archer:

No Terry
I did not know know that? I do remember winning the Selfbow Shootdown with you guys on Saterday afternoon last Howard Hill.

See you at the Tenn Classic. You put on a grand shoot and I encourage anyone who has not shot Tannehill Howard Hill to do so this year. Just a really historical piece of ground to shoot bow on! I enjoy it and my many hunt and shooting partners all agree.

Folks, some more exciting news about camping at this year's HH Classic.

Every year since I began, there has been a Gem & Jewelry Show at Farley Field the same weekend as the HH Classic.  All the camping hook-ups along the creek, right as you cross the bridge into Farley Field was reserved for them.

NOT THIS YEAR FOLKS!!

They won't be having their event at Tannehill this year, SO, for those of that want to camp along the creek by the newer bathrooms, get here first and and grab a spot.

The camp sites I was referring to are across the bridge as you enter Farley field, on the right and along the beautiful creek.
