Prayer request

I'm asking for prayers for my niece's daughter.  I'm unsure what relation to call her.  Shelby is a 20 year old college student.  She developed dermatomyositis.  First she had to be transferred to a different hospital, as no one there was trained in giving some medicine.  Things quickly went downhill.  She now has bi-lateral pneumonia.  She is being heavily sedated.  Her doctors have told her parents she may not survive.  I would appreciate any and all prayers.
