Posting pics
« on: February 09, 2020, 02:37:46 PM »
Ok seems to some new chit going on with pics. Imgur works fine if ya want to take time to put them in your files them put them in imgur then put them here. But now all my pics are taken on my phone and go to Google. I can post a link here from Google then ya click the link to see the pic. Can figure a way to go from Google to Imgur with pics. I did finally resize a pic in my files and it let me post it thru attachments. Never had to do that before ????

They are wanting to give a 30 free trail on Tapatalk then .99 cents a month not too bad a deal for the ease of use there.

Is it not so that TradGang owners must have an agreement with Tapatalk for us to use it on the forum?

Yes, it works the same but most phones take very large pictures.  You need a resizer app on your phone to do it.  I do it all the time.  In fact most of my pics are posted directly from the phone.  Get you a pic resizer app and you are good to go.  I have an Imgur and tapatalk account but never use them.  Learned my lesson from Photobucket!

I finally got my fone to put the attachments in, but still learning. Seems it likes landscape oriented pics better than portrait type?

I always attach pictures from my computer. I used to use Photobucket but gave up on it.

True, you do have to reset the camera to lower quality and changing back and forth can be a nuisance.

Rob just installed the app for those that use that format. We don't have any agreement with them.....heck. I don't even know how to use it   :biglaugh:
