I know it’s still a little early for many, but I’m kinda surprised no one has started this thread yet.
Normally, I don’t start shed hunting until I’m pretty sure all, or at least most, of the bucks in my area have dropped.
This year was a little different as there was one buck in particular that I wanted to find the sheds from. Trail cams revealed that he dropped both sides about a week ago. As soon as I knew he shed, it was game on. I’ve spent every spare minute outside of work and family obligations logging miles in the woods.
After several days I had managed to find these smaller eights and a spike. However, the sheds I was after continued to elude me.
Apparently I need to look right more, as all I’m finding is left sides
